A very nice Rolex Datejust in stainless steel with white gold fluted bezel, ref.6605 and ser. 539xxx, circa 1948. Very rare and unusual black dial with gold and silver gilt lettering and outer track. It has very nice silver raised kite shape markers and hands with fluted white gold bezel in very good condition. This watch a very nice automatic movement with the 'butterfly' rotor by Rolex. This watch comes complete with a very nice brand new brown crocodile strap. A great watch with a very rare dial in good condition, priced fairly upon request.
